Limina is a series of pieces, comprised of a set of existential meditations on the threshold spaces between spatial and spiritual-scapes. Graphite and ink geometries are interposed with black, fluid, acrylic masses which wander across the faces of envelopes.  The refined articulation of the line work is reflective of early mapping and navigation strategies offering a sense of place and direction; while the depth of the black masses can be seen as both solid and void, mediated by the liminal border territories that bleed into the paper fibers.
